Mr. Kishore Kumar L. Naik is appointed as the Chief Consultant for Synergy Re particularly keeping in mind his expertise in the field of Reinsurance and his connects in the African and SAARC Regions. He is a guiding force to Synergy Re in designing and placing Reinsurance Treaties and Facultative requirements.
Mr. Kishore Kumar L. Naik has long & illustrious career since 1st Sept 1964. He currently owns and runs his Consultancy Company “Naik Consultancy and Advisors LLP”.   He has been associated with Reinsurance Industry for over 54 years as on date with his career starting in 1964 in India Re. He then served in National Insurance Company Limited, Kolkata for 18 years. After being in Reinsurance Department of an Insurance Company he became a Reinsurance Broker in 1982 and joined J. B. Boda Reinsurance Brokers for next 31 years until April 2013. He was the CEO of J B Boda Reinsurance Brokers since 2003 till 2013.
At the College of Insurance, Mumbai he has been giving his lectures as Guest Faculty sharing his valuable experience in Reinsurance since early 1990’s.
Since 1992, for over last 20 years, he has been a regular guest faculty at NIA Pune, on varied topic of reinsurance.
He is a mentor to many in this region for his expertise in the subject and for his charm of teaching.
